● Assist in rolling out, and maintaining OSP equipment
● Assist in fiber installation and premises cabling
● Troubleshooting and resolution of customer-end network issues
● Maintenance of fiber optic network through routine checkups of infrastructure and repairs
● Ensuring a high standard of work done with focus on client satisfaction.
● Offering customer service and marketing Icon Fiber Solutions at point of client contact
● Valid driver’s license
● 2 years experience in a similar role
● Excellent team-playing, communication and problem-solving skills
● Fiber Optic Certifications and Work at Height certification is an added advantage
