ACCOUNTANT

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate financial records.
   
• Preparing financial statements and reports for analysis.
   
• Assisting in budget development and monitoring.
   
• Reconciling bank statements and addressing discrepancies.
   
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
   
• Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making.
   
• Assisting in internal and external audit preparations.
   
• Coordinating payroll processing and verifying transactions.
   
• Monitoring and analyzing expenses for cost control.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
   
• Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus.
   
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
   
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
