ICON Fiber Solutions Ltd, an internet service provider and a market leader is looking for a Technical Service Representative.

What are we looking for?

We need someone who can;

Provide daily support to subscribers  including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to customer issues.
Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels (on site),  and devices so as to take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Routinely observe operational performance and updates when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required for management or repair personnel.
Develop training manuals and troubleshooting procedures to help both support personnel and end users interact properly with hardware and software.
Collaborate with technical staff and clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades.
Providing technical support including installing and configuring customer premise units and LAN setup.

The successful candidate will possess:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Extensive hands-on experience with technical support in Networking and FTTH solutions.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to provide easily understandable step-by-step technical help.
Ability to learn new applications and programs quickly to support & train end-users.
