ICON Fiber Solutions Ltd, an internet service provider and a market leader is looking for competitive Field Sales Representative to take on our sales strategies and attract new clients.

What are we looking for?

  • “Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods.
  • Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships.
  • The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. 
  • Play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
  • As an outside Sales Representative, they will also research sales competition provide market intelligence. 
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
  • Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
  • Ensure CRM is updated daily.


  1. Proven experience as a field sales executive in any ISP
  2. Skill in prospecting, marketing, and negotiating with small to medium-sized business owners.
  3. Great professional business communication skills. (Both written and oral).
  4. A great '' can-do '' attitude i.e. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  5. Passion for sales and grit in a target-driven environment.
  6. Excellent knowledge of Ms Office.
  7. Excellent team skills, pro active, and organized.
  8. Great time management skills.
  9. A great business sense.
  10. Be teachable and willing to learn.
